Pros: I have a dairy allergy so the options there are obsolete for me places of business need to be more aware of allergies and have other options. It doesn't hurt to switch to brands that contain old dairy. There is options

Pros: Rooms were big Everything was clean There was a whirlpool and pool Location was pretty good as well Coffee and tea 24/7 Staff was nice

Pros: The hotel is very centrally located, very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. It is a small and simple hotel, but as I mentioned, its cleanliness and the service from the staff really stand out. Some details that could be improved would be a more modern elevator that works faster, since there is only one and it takes quite a while. It would also be very convenient to have a refrigerator in the room, although you can get ice from machines located in the lobby. Overall, for the price you pay, it is very good value. I would like to mention Claire from housekeeping on the 4th floor. Her service was excellent and she kept our room (411) in exceptional condition. The reception staff were also very kind at all times. Thank you very much!

Affordable and clean

Pros: Affordable, clean facility. Good breakfast and coffee was always available. Sauna was nice.

Cons: Pool area was nice except for a smell.

Good value/Great Location

Pros: Everything was good it was clean beds were comfy staff were all friendly and nice. Good location close to Clifton Hill. Breakfast was good for what was provided. Wish had more diabetic options but it was good had basics. Good value for money we paid.

Cons: The orange juice was little watered down. Not much flavour. Parking with tax was $26 seems bit high and had to park across street for that price. Breakfast room was crammed not enough seating. People on top of each other and we went shortly after 8. By 9 it was standing room only.
