Great time in Niagra!

Pros: Location, staff, room size, free parking, clean, just over all a great stay.

Cons: We've been there several times and for the life of me I can't figure out thier TV.

Very-pleasant experience, will stay here again!

Pros: The low price set off warning bells, but we were pleasantly-surprised to find the motel very comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, facility very clean, location was perfect, it allowed us to walk to the river within 20 minutes and the falls within 30.

Cons: There could have been more-awareness of the external winter conditions: huge icicles above secondary entrance to the left of main doors. As the temperature was a bit warmer than previous days, the icicles were dripping on the mat outside the door; the risk of the icicles dropping and the slipperiness of the mat, should have encouraged the staff to lock this door and post a sign to warn guests of the hazards. Also, and this might be due to the current renos, but it would have been nice to have one of the second floor's microwaves placed on the first floor, beside the coffee and vending machines.

Pros: It was amazing! Out of all the hotels there, we found this one the most affordable. As we booked it at the last moment but found a decent room in good price at New year midnight.

Perfect location and great value

Pros: Great location to all of the amenties and walking distance to everything, good value I will definately stay there again. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons: Rooms were well appointed and decorated but there was a concern about the tile in the batheroom being slippery

Best value in the city

Pros: Clean and very good location. Great value for the money

Cons: There was only a thin blanket. The room is pretty stark. Could use a little decoration.

Pros: The hotel was so nice and clean Staff were lovely Great price

Cons: Really just a bit further of a walk to the falls but it was still not that far

Pros: Very clean rooms and hallways. Free parking a big plus! The cleaning and front desk staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel does not have any weird lingering smell or awful scents!! Huge difference from other Inns we had stayed before.

Cons: The room was kind of bare. The curtain in our room was not hanging right so there was no complete coverage.

Nice hotel but still needs some work

Pros: The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Fresh coffee in the morning. A table and 4.chairs in the room which was nice. Ceramic floor, no carpet which I liked.

Cons: We paid extra for a newly renovated room but the workmanship was not finished. Nothing to put your luggage on and no light over the table, only over the beds.

quality-price

Pros: Excellent location for all tourist sites to visit, close to Victoria Park, close to Clifton Hill, Skylon Tower, Museum. The clean room had heating, a clean bathroom with hot and cold water, and a refrigerator. There was a microwave and a space to refill your cooler whenever you wanted. Free coffee was also available, which was great for winter.

Cons: There was nowhere to put our wet, snowy shoes when we came in. It would be great to have a tray or something to put them on.

Pros: Very clean, peaceful and very well located for a reasonnable price . Will return for sure
