Good value for money

Pros: The location was pretty good, approx 15 min walk from the falls. The room was very spacious. The check-in was smooth.

Cons: The TV channels were blurry. The bathroom was clean but could do with some upgrades. They charged $3.50 for a small bottle of water. I believe that the first bottle should be complimentary. Parking was also extra, I believe $25.

Pros: The only thing that I found to be annoying as a customer staying at ur hotel paid about 600 bucks to stay 3 nights and u guys charging me 25 bucks a night plus tax for parking too..not cool..I think for customers it should be free or like a 10 deposit when u check out...25 bucks a night ontop of room cost is ridiculous other than that I had a great time...love the balcony, fire place and heart shape jacuzzi..soft king size bed great staff quiet place to relax would go again another time

Pros: Close walking distance to mid-way and attractions.

Cons: We didn't know there were parking fees and charged for the 2 small bottles of water used for coffee in the room. And very long wait to check in.

Close to OLG stage

Pros: The location is great if you are attending an event at OLG Stage. Room was clean and as expected for the price paid.

Cons: They have a seperate check in line for people that pre registered online to allow for quick access to room keys. Unfortunately they still allowed others not pre registered to use the line which held up check in.

Great hotel for a fair price

Pros: Staff is great, from reception to cleaning. Location is close enough to walk to the falls, 15 to 20 minutes. Beds very comfortable.

Cons: Not a big deal for me, but some people may find the hotel a bit dated.

Pros: The environment was friendly with all members of the staff very cooperative. Its a basic comfortable hotel which is value for money. The location is exceptional for this price. Breakfast options are sumptuous.

Cons: A wardrobe was missing.

So far so good

Pros: I like the location where the bus stop is accessible outside the facilities . The air-conditioning is very good we like it. We enjoy the indoor pool and the food at the ihop restaurant.

Cons: We didn't like the lights inside the washroom it's too dim inside. And the door of the closet door is broken.

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious enough. Bathroom was spacious with lots of countertop space for toilettries. Plugs were accessible. We needed a lightbulb changed and maintenance came right away.
