Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls

Great location! Glad we chose this hotel.

Pros: I liked the size of the room and that is was just renovated last year. The beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was excellent - close to restaurants and within walking distance of the Falls.

Cons: I think they could have decorated the room better. The furniture looked cheap and there was an empty corner. Also there was no full length mirror in the room.

An okay experience considering the discount rate

Pros: Very spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow. We were given a discount, too because it was off season. Breakfast was good although you had to pay for it.

Cons: Television. Even though I was travelling, I would like to keep up with the news and the shows I watch. However, the TV programs provided do not include the public television channels I watch. Missed evening news and the television shows (without commercial interruptions). For this reason, I shall likely consider staying in a different hotel in the future.

Pros: The convenience of the location was perfect, walking distance to everything and very friendly staff. The Keg located on site was great and food exceptional 👌.

Cons: The bed was a little too firm for me, but other than that everything was amazing.

Pros: Loved the location of the hotel, close walk to all the things to do. The rooms were huge! Easily one of the largest rooms we have stayed in.

Cons: The pillows were not comfortable at all. In fact, I have had a kink in my neck since I woke up on the Sunday morning.

Pros: The location for hockey tourney was 8 mins away from hotel.. and the boys all hung out together at Clifton hills

Cons: Getting out of parking lot

Pros: Quick check in. Staff are so personable. Since the last time we were there(this is our go to spot) they did renovations, which have only made our experience better. New jacuzzi tubs in the rooms and showers!

Pros: Dan the manager was very accomodating and helpful. The staff were very pleasant.

Cons: We wish the jacuzzi was open later as we came back from our event after 11pm.

Pros: Rooms are very spacious and modern. Close to everything the falls has to offer.
