Great Stay.

Pros: The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. My room was always clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff really did an excellent job.

Cons: I wish they had de-caffe tea and coffee in the rooms. Maybe some reading material like magazines.

We would stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. We were able to have two roll-away beds in it. The kids loved the pool. The woman at reception was extremely friendly and accommodated all my requests. The kids loved the pancake machine. The hotel is value for money.

Cons: WIFI was bad to very bad. At times we had to go to the lobby to use it. Breakfast was adequate but the number of tables for the breakfast guests was not.

Pros: The location was great. Close walking distance to the falls, 10 mins, and Clifton hill, 3 mins. Close to many places to eat, including a restaurant connected to the hotel. Breakfast spread was wonderful with lots to choose from. Cereal, toast, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, juices, and fresh fruits.

Cons: The halls are showing their age but our room was updated and looking wonderful.

Quality Time at this Quality Inn

Pros: We had a Quality time and Quality service at this Quality Inn ... Experience was very good and pleasant. Helpful, smily, and excellent staff ... they even upgrade our room. Spacious and clean Double-Queen room. Comfortable and clean beds. Quiet and safe. Delicious breakfast.

Cons: The only 3 downs are: The swimming pool area was not warm enough but not that bad, I also expected that the water should be a bit warmer for an interior pool. Also, the fitness center is small with only 2 machines; in addition, there were no chairs inside to sit down and relax. Finally, the Parking is a bit expensive, $20 + tax a night.
