Detached 3 BR home in Ajax

Pros: I liked that everything was clean and freshly laid out.

Cons: I didn't care for how close it was to the train tracks. Also, maybe a bit haunted? My husband and step father both turned off the basement lights a few times each and they kept turning back on.. Also there was something that my kids didn't like about the master bathroom... and my husband even said that he saw a figure move from one side to the other in the bathroom when he was lying in bed.. and the room my daughter was in, she was scared of something in the closet. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

A great bargain in a practical Toronto suburb location.

Pros: Location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, close to major restaurant chains ideal for supper and breakfast. Some are within walking distance if you like walking (20 - 30 minute walk) otherwise a short drive.

Cons: Minor items such as lack of bedside table in basement room (no place to safely put glasses or reading lamp). Night lights should be LED with sensor (for safety) as those in place were burnt and house is dark at night.

Was satisfied with our expections and a great experience for us.

Pros: Host was super flexible and helpful. Always attentive to my questions and inquirys.

Cons: Was perfect for our stay.
