Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

Excellent time we had 4 of us staying in one room and did not feel cramped.

Pros: Location and Covered walkway to Casino - lots to get to without worrying about the weather outside.

Pros: The whole experience of this hotel was exceptional to walking in to Smiling Faces at the front desk to the cleanliness of the hotel the great location our room was outstanding and I can honestly say it was the most comfortable bed I have ever stated at a hotel we will definitely return

Pros: • Excellent location: The hotel is situated in a prime area, close to many attractions and conveniently connected to the casino and concert halls. I especially appreciated that you don’t have to go outside the premises to access shops, restaurants, and other amenities. • Exceptional customer service: The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. From the moment you arrive, there is someone directing you where to stop to unload. There was staff at the front entrance opening doors, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Even the staff assisting at the elevators and the housekeeping team were consistently friendly and customer-focused. • Cleanliness: The facility and rooms were exceptionally clean. When you’re away from home, feeling comfortable in the hotel you choose is essential, and this hotel absolutely delivered on that.

Cons: Exorbitant pricing: The prices at the hotel’s gift/convenience store and on-site restaurants were extremely high. I paid $10 for a single toothbrush at the gift store and declined to purchase tweezers priced at $9.99 plus tax. Breakfast at IHOP cost $89 for two people, even after applying the $15 hotel coupon. A dozen wings at TGI Fridays were priced at $28, and after taxes and a pre-added gratuity, the total came to $39. • Inconvenient parking location: The parking lot is located across the street from the hotel, which is especially inconvenient for solo travelers. Guests must either leave luggage in the lobby while parking, carry luggage across the street, or pay extra for valet parking. • No microwave in the room: The absence of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, particularly for longer stays. • Limited ice machine access: Ice machines were only available on even-numbered floors, which was not convenient.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The additional lobby amenities, including restaurants, cafés, and the arcade, were a big plus.

Pros: It was connected to the concert venue we were attending, which made it extremely convenient since it was a very cold day. We really enjoyed the restaurants and shops in the entertainment complex.

Pros: I have been to this hotel before and it is a nice establishment. Busy , clean , spacious rooms .

Cons: Customer service. Tons of areas to improve. They dont talk clearly or loud enough. The room was pretty cold and I informed the front desk after 4 hours of running the heater . They said , maintenance will come to check but no one showed up in 2 days . So we were left cold feeted . I had kids with me too. We were wearing jackets in the room . The house keeping request was not kept by the front office . So we had to come out of the room in the cold when the housekeeping arrived at 4.30pm
