Pros: It was me and my mom's first time visiting the Oakes Hotel in Niagara Falls. We really liked the room facing the fallsview side and a nice spot to relax and sit.

Cons: But the facility was little poor there wasn't a kettle or a microwave to heat up the food or to make a tea or coffee, which all other hotels have it, and the bathroom shower wasn't working properly and the a bit too small I hope the Oakes hotel upgrades there bathroom facilieties very soon. Also they need to keep at least two waterbottles in every room for the price we pay, we were really thursty to drink water which my mom had to pay $4 for a 500ml plastic bottle in the hotel's vending mechine which is not worth at all. I really hope the Oaks hotel upgrades all this little things other than that I really like this place thank you veey much for all your servcice.

Long awaited getaway.

Pros: Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi was very clean. Amazing location.

Cons: Room could use a coat hook. Wish the bathroom light had a dimmer switch.

The view made everything else pale in comparison.

Pros: The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The view of Niagara Falls was exceptional. So close to all the sights. Wish I’d brought swimming stuff.

Cons: No bar, no restaurant, no coffee/ tea in rooms but easily available in lobby.

Great stay - Need to do better in winter though

Pros: Room was nice and large, clean. Jet tub was great, view amazing

Cons: For $400/night plus $50 for parking the parking lot and registration lot were ridiculous. Unplowed, unsalted. Had to honk to get maintenance vehicle out of the way of the driveway, then almost got stuck trying to pull in as was poorly maintained. Then almost slid back down the hill heading into the parking lot. No salt, sand, plowing.... barely parking spaces as the lot lines were completely covered in snow... no storm in almost a week *I live less then 2 hours away so understand canadian winters and this need attention

Pros: Nice room with two double beds . Everything was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to Fallsview casino. Great price. Will definitely stay here again.
