Fantastic stay at a remarkable hotel.

Pros: The location was excellent and fantastic views of Niagara Falls.

Cons: We were unable to use the room telephone to contact in room dining or other internal staff. On our first day when we returned to our room late in the afternoon, it had not been cleaned and we had to wait for housekeeping to clean while we were in our room.

Pros: The location is beyond spectacular, the room size was huge and the beds super comfy. Could just sit and look at the view for ages.

Cons: That we only stayed 1 night. Would recommend 2 night minimum.

Great place to see the Waterfalls

Pros: The room was spacious with whole wall of glass allowing a great view to the Falls. Staff was very polite, restaurant in the hotel was convenient to use.

Pros: The location was good. Walking distance to all places.

Cons: I don't believe that your customers should be paying for parking. That is a cash grab, especially when your parking at your own risk. There is no reason to pay for parking when you spend 200.00 and over a night. That's crazy! Also tourist tax for Ontario residents another cash grab. Should not be allowed.

Imperishable memory

Pros: The extraordinary position on top of the horseshoe falls is unbeatable, you can't have enough of that view. And as a bonus, the sunrise is just in front of your window.

Pros: We got a room on the 29th floor. which had a great view to the Falls. Great staff at the reception, who was helpful with insides and tips.

Cons: Behavor of staff during breakfast was not good. We got just a pot of coffee without bringing us cups. So I have to extra ask for them after 5-10 minutes. Plates were also not cleared regularly.

Highly recommend

Pros: Location and view of falls was amazing, worth paying the extra to get high floor. We got top floor 31 which was stunning view. Great meals at restaurant for both breakfast and dinner

Hotel at Niagara with perfect view from the upper floor

Pros: Had a room in the 28th floor with perfect view. Expensive comparing to other hotels but the view was valuable and so it was ok. Comfortable beds. Far away from all the amusements but because of that it's quiet

Cons: For a hotel like the marriott I can not understand that they will charge me for a latte or cappuccino by breakfast. That's unbelievable.
