Always a great time the staff work so hard to heep people happy!

Pros: It was a birthday trip for my 6 year old and we got the bi-level room. I have to say it was one of the best times :) my son had a blast it was his 1st trip and hotel stay. He loved that he got his own room but wanted to stay in the pool haha.

Cons: The tub on the top floor didnt work (filled up but no jets worked)

Pros: Our concierge Freddy was amazing! I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates and he was able to change it to the right dates at the same price! Absolutely amazing service.

Cons: The hot tub is not hot. It has the jets but it is the same temperature as the pool.

Pros: Beautiful view of the Horse Shoe Falls. We were on the top floor it was awesome. Love the jacuzzi, very clean. The bed was so comfy. Staff were excellent!

Cons: The price has increased quite a bit.

Amazing night stay overlooking the falls

Pros: Loved the amazing view of the falls from our room. The check in staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room was clean with everything we needed. Location was great; just a short walk to many shops, dinning options and the falls.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.

Great location with amazing views.

Pros: We paid a little extra to have a Fallsview room and are glad we did. The view was spectacular - which was great to watch the light show at night and a fantastic view to wake up to. Pool was nice, and the food at the on site sports bar was great.

Cons: Extra cost for takes has been taken off my security deposit?!

Pros: It’s very much centralised location. We used taxi all the times from different locations. It never cost us more than $12

Amazing especially for my wife’s birthday

Pros: It was in close proximity to everything and the view from the king suite was amazing.

Cons: It would have been nice if parking had been included, at 30-45 dollars a night , especially when across the road it was 20 overnight and 10 all day.
