Pros: Excellent view, nice room, clean and tidy. Great swimming pool and spa, good quality breakfast. Nice stay.

Cons: The coffee machine in the room is very cheap and poor quality. Water is not provided in the room. Mini bars are not included at all

Pros: The bed was comfy, the view was good, the spa was amazing!

Cons: The room, room service, even the Starbucks is very expensive. I don't believe we received the superior view that we paid the upgrade fee for.

The best view of Niagara Falls you can imagine!

Pros: The view of the falls directly from my room was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole trip special. The hotel’s proximity to the falls and the incline railway was very convenient. The staff were professional, and the room was spacious and clean.

Cons: Everything was wonderful. The view alone made every penny worth it.

Pros: The view from the suite was amazing. The hot tub in the suite was lovely, and the water therapy spa was everything that I needed!! Love the addition of Burning Springs Thermal Pools!!

Brilliant stay and location but improved access to the hotel abd front desk during peak times are required

Pros: Fantastic location and great service. Room was excellent

Cons: Entering and Parking at the hospital was extremely difficult with long waits just to return into the hotel. Staff numbers were limited resulting in over 45 minute waits to organise valet parking with long car queues.
