Pros: Clean place, close to everything and the staff are great. Beds a comfortsble also. Free wifi is nice and complimentary coffee was great.

Cons: Rooms get really cold without the heater on. Ehen heatrr stays on too long the air feels dry making it hard to breathe.

Pros: - The location is good (15 min walk from the falls) - The cleanness of the hotel is good - The staff are correct - Water, tea and coffee are available all day in the reception - The security

Cons: - Big amount (250 CAD) deposit and for parking even you don't have a car to park - No breakfast available - No microwave in the room

I would stay here again.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and genuinely appeared to be happy in their jobs. The room was large, clean, comfortable and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: The sink drained very slowly which was a little gross in that the trap is likely full of hair and other germy gunk which was a little stomach churning when one is leaned over the sink to spit toothpaste and wash their face. I think it's imperative that a maintenance person or plumber clean the trap out ASAP.

Pros: Location is great, amenities were good, check in was easy.

Cons: The housekeeping knock the door several times before eleven to let me know that at eleven was my check out.

Pros: I was upgraded to the Hilton, which was a pleasant surprise 😮. So my rating is for Hilton. It was close to everything, the room was good, staff were great 👍 👌 😀. I loved my stay ❤️.

Cons: Didn't like that I had to pay per clothing for laundry. So went to a laundry mat close by. Got to see out of the Niagara hub. So, there was a sliver lining. Bad become a good 👍. .

Pros: The location and upgrade at the same value of the previous hotel. The staff was very accommodating and understanding at Fallsview Hotel. The view from most rooms was spectacular. The high school graduates were so amazed and appreciative of the upgrade. Thank you Booking.com

Cons: There was nothing to not dislike.
