Bien

Pros: Très bien situé, concierges très gentils, très propre. Communication facile.

Cons: La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait très chaud (27 degrés Celsius) et ce même si une fenêtre et la porte de la terrasse était ouverte. Très $$$ mais nous étions une journée du Eras tour, donc tous les prix sont hyper exagérés et pas seulement pour ce condo. Je le recommanderais sans hésitation malgré les points négatifs énumérés.
