Pros: The lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. The cleaners did a good job. The breakfast was nice. We used the pool and it wasn’t too cold. The freshly baked cookies were appreciated by my family. They said they were delicious.

A very pleasant overnight stay - would stay again

Pros: Staff were very friendly when we arrived, check-in was easy, check-out was easy. The hotel is in a good location near both the Highway 401 and Highway 62. Belleville is a bit of a misnomer (!) but this hotel is a great pit-stop enroute to/from Toronto. Very comfortable bed in a spacious room with all amenities in good condition. Rooms include a small fridge and coffee maker, which is always nice. Dove shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided. My husband used the gym in the morning but we didn't use the pool. I could see this hotel would be very popular for school sports teams because of the pool, room sizes, free parking and included breakfast. The hotel is on a main drag within walking distance to a variety of restaurants (the street holds a plethora of ugly strip malls). Breakfast was decent with some hot items and fresh fruit salad. Coffee was also decent and tasted good (not too weak as is often the case at some hotels). We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay in a convenient location with all the facilities we need.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, and the room was very nice and as described. Pool was lovely and warm which was perfect for our 2-year old.

Cons: There was nothing we disliked.

Pros: Good clean rooms, convenient location, welcome coffee/tea

Cons: Mattresses were too soft for me, i had a pain in my back in thr morning. Paper dishes and plastic cultery was not inspiring at breakfast and so much waste after!!. I was surprised that it was not a proper dinnerware. Breakfast space is not enough for so many people.
