Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Belleville

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very cozy. The breakfast was delicious and exceptional. I will definitely be back. The price was great for high quality service.

Cons: I would have liked a hot tub or jacuzzi but not a deal breaker.

Cons: No hot tub, also I asked for a wake-up call that I didn't get, but all in all I would return the next time I'm in Bellville

Pros: the room was very clean and the bed was great. Customers should be reminded when booking that there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Customers travelling with pets should be encouraged to book rooms on the ground floor. The breakfast room staff are very nice and ready to help you with any special requests.

Cons: The pool is nice. However, there are no change rooms in the pool and gym area. The pool area is very industrial looking and the area could be made more inviting. The air conditioning units on the 2nd floor rooms are noisy when they come on

Pros: Perfect location and really wonderful staff. The pool was huge and perfect for the kids. The facility was immaculately clean.

Pros: Great staff and very accommodating front desk. We had a bathroom door locked situation caused by us. The front desk immediately provided an option to change room and resolved the issue when maintenance team was available and we managed to get stuff locked inside. Also we were late for our breakfast but the staff managed to provide breakfast items in boxes for us to make sure we get it... Electric level 2 charging was a great plus for us. Great to have your vehicle fully charged before you leave in the morning! Rooms were very clean and whole hotel was very clean and pleasant place to be in.. Highly recommended ! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Pros: Very close to the 401 highway. The staff I encountered, Sahar and Raj were pleasant and knowledgeable.

Security if foremost. When entering doors from the parking areas, access is by the room key.

Pros: I was only staying one night and the hotel fit the 'bill'. Close to the highway and places to get gas. Swiss Chalet is close by!. For an old hotel, it is in good repair.
