The Downtown Gem Toronto

Great! I would definitely come back! It is definitely a little gem stay in the middle of chaos :)

Pros: I liked the location as it was easy access to different transit services aswell as food and attractions. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy aswell as many commodities for personal use like water filter, ice, tea & coffe. I stayed right till check out time and the staff was very friendly without rushing me or being disrespectful. Also because I had to chat with support regarding time accommodations I can say they have a great customer service that actually cares. Overall very good and came in handy :>

Cons: Not applicable for myself but, if you're a person who might have disabilities and/or struggles with stairs unfortunately this isn't for you.

Pros: Very inviting, comfortable, clean and amazing location! I stayed after medical appointment and felt safe and secure.

Good value for location

Pros: Comfortable, spacious room that is located pretty close to downtown Toronto yet quiet. Simple check in/ out.

Cons: I found the temperature of the apartment too hot especially during the night. Hard to access with public transport though that was my general experience of Toronto.

Pros: Fantastic apartment with everything you need. Coffee, kitchen, toiletries. Clean and close to town!

Cons: The flights of stairs from the front door to the apartment.

Pros: great place to stay, room is large and clean. Location is quite good.

Pros: The host allow use to store our luggage in the house, which helps us to traveling in Toronto better! And the house is also really clean and comfortable!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay — the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Cons: The only thing I felt a bit uneasy about was the security since there was no host around.

Cons: - No staff-Owner stand by at the area -No lift for Second and third flr. not suitable for elderly guests. -Please add more washroonsm for the guests

Great value and comfort

Pros: Clean, spacious, sockets next to bed, plenty of towels and toiletries. I didn't use the communal lounge and kitchen but it was always spotless, as was the shared bathroom. The location was great, vibrant, full.of shops, restaurants and bars.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. As advice to hosts, I would suggest you leave instruction about the automatic door lock ie that once you're inside the room, you set the lever to vertical for automatic locking or horizontal for the door not to be automatically locked (eg if you just popped out to the bathroom in the night).
