Pros: Hotel staff is great, and rooms are updated and clean, breakfast is excellent overall good experience. Definitely stay again.

Cons: Unfortunately Booking has higher rates than the actual hotel, regardless of pre payment or pay onsite. We were in town for a competition and the hotel could retroactively issue a better rate, because of reserving through Booking. Now we know for next time.

We only stayed one night so the room was acceptable.

Pros: Breakfast was normal fare. Room was clean. The bed rolled towards the middle and my husband woke up with a sore schoulder.

Great pet experience

Pros: They were amazing especially with our pets. Staff were very welcoming and even gave our dogs some cookies. This was our first time ever bringing our dogs along on a trip that we had to stay in a hotel for.

Amazing stay for a good price!!

Pros: This was our first time staying at a Best Western and it will definitely not be our last! Everything was great! The bed was perfect...room amenities were fantastic...shower was amazing!! Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast, nothing to complain about! Highly recommended!

Clean comfortable hotel next to nice park.

Pros: Clean, comfortable hotel. Nice park next door with walking and running trails leading to river. Good sports bar, Shoeless Joe's, across the street for dinner. Breakfast did include decaf coffee and a gluten free cereal option.

Pros: Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and warm. Temperature was adjustable so we cooled it down at night. Staff were friendly.

Cons: Breakfast was on the cool side, but there was plenty to choose from and I rate it pretty good.

I would stay here again.

Pros: Overall descent bang for your buck. Clean rooms. Heat/ac worked pretty good. Clean.

Cons: It took a while to have check in verify my confirmation. While she did call the manager it was sorted out after 10 min. I didn’t put up a fuss bc the check in front desk showed initiative. That being said she looked miserable. I’m not asking for Mary Poppins happy but some eye contact. It felt like she didn’t want to be there.

Pros: Room is very roomy and clean Shower very clean and efficient but a telephone shower head would be appreciated Lighting is excellent Office is good

Cons: Wc is clean but not big enough Wc size could have been 1 feet larger Room coffee could taste much better
