Generous Owners Make Us Feel Welcomed in Cold Weather

Pros: The staff is very generous and assisted us whenever we needed it. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, inclusive of giving us free water and bringing breakfast to our room. The room was also very clean and well-maintained.

Cons: Due to the weather, it was a bit icy on the days that we went, which was a cause for concern. Their breakfast was coffee and bagels, which ideally could have been more however they do not have a kitchen to cook.

Pros: We only had a problem with the keys, problem which was solved by the housekeeper as soon as we asked. Thanks to him for that. Otherwise, everything was perfect, I recommend this place.

Pros: really good value. basic and clean. local . easy to walk to all attractions. small pool.

Cons: No tissue paper or extra toilet paper in room, dated furniture/room in general. Limited pillows

Pros: Room was very clean and spacious! Came here in May during the long weekend and they had an affordable price compared to other places which seemed lower in quality as well. The owner/staff was extremely nice and willing to help us with using the AC, setting up wifi and storing our luggage after check out for a few hours. Location was also great and felt safe, a 15 min walk down to the falls and Clifton Hills. They had a decent sized pool which we didn't get to use but it looked well maintained. Will definitely be back!

Cons: Free breakfast was limited, and not the cleanest set up.

Pros: The best things is the willingness to accommodate requests. I book for two night but due to an important emergency i ask to delete 1 night , Booking told me they where not able to do the refund unless the proprety was ok with that and they did even if was last minute they understood the situation and agreed to proceed with the refund. Human before business. Thank you 7 nights stay we will come back .
