Pros: Hotel amenities were great, plenty of things to do for the kids, great seating throughout the courtyard, no complaints.

Cons: Having to leave 😊. 2 small issues that were most likely due to the weather, the back door and bathroom window sweat/leaked, not a huge deal to us we just put towels there, again not a huge deal not much of a mess either just was something we noticed

Great place I'll be back with more food for my kids

Pros: It's a prefect family place for kids under 10. It's small place but cozy. The only our issue was food. Since it's kids oriented place I wish they had more options of healthy foods for children and babies.

Pros: Nice hotel for kids. The arcade, pool , hot tubs, etc Lovely breakfast at the on-site restaurant

Cons: We did choose courtyard view, but it is extremely loud hearing kids screaming etc even with the hotel at very low capacity.

Pros: The best thing I like in this hotel is bed & pillows, it was really good. Breakfast huge, 1 coupon good for 2 persons even.

Cons: The Hotel should provide complimentary tooth brush set & one time slipper for the customer but they have not given.

Luxury is a state of mind, and here, it’s our reality.

Pros: There are numerous kid-friendly activities available. With all of the trees inside the hotel, the location is breathtaking. Niagara Falls is only a few minutes away. The breakfast was delicious. In addition, because it was our first time seeing Niagara Falls, we plan to return and stay at the same hotel.

Cons: No additional costs were disclosed when I made my reservation on Booking.com. However, we paid a refundable sum for insurance or something like when we arrived. Like the other hotels, please make sure to mention it somewhere.

Pros: The beds were lovely. I noticed no microwave in our sons room in the courtyard and it was a bit cramped. They found it abit noisy on the Saturday night for sleeping. We were in the tower and it was lovely. Restaurant was good. Would have preferred free parking with our stay. Overall front desk staff was excellent as well as any staff we dealt with on our stay.

Cons: The children's play set could be checked and cleaned inside as my grandson came out of there with brown streaks on his light colored pants.

Pros: We loved our room being right outside of the pool, so our kids could swim while we sat outside of our room to relax. Breakfast was good! We'll be back again and definitely recommend this hotel to others!!

Cons: There wasn't anything, really.

Pros: Staff were very attentive in all departments. Facility was very clean. Wonderful place to go with the family. I like I was able to communicate with front desk through texting and responses were prompt.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Considering there was a hockey tournament going on it was quiet by bedtime.

Cons: I didn't like the nesspresso coffee machine. I just want a coffee in the morning. Not a fancy drink. Also,and I know this is our fault for not double checking the room before we left but we left a half bottle of vodka and when we called we were told they found an empty bottle. Our fault for leaving it but still annoying.

My daughter and I will be back again.

Pros: The restaurant was exceptional! Dinner was fantastic and Bethany who was our waiter was also fantastic and such a joy, kind and pleasant. I apologize if that wasn't her name lol my 3 year old told me and I can't remember names well. Thank you for managing such a wonderful place to stay.
