Pros: Property is located withing walking distance to the shopping, and many dining options. The rooms were clean and spacious, and as a bonus the TV actually had great channels to choose from :)

Overall, our stay was decent thanks to the clean and convenient location, but a few service and maintenance issues left

Pros: We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The hotel is clean and cozy.

Cons: There were a few issues that affected our stay. When we checked in, the receptionist didn’t inform us about the breakfast hours, even though breakfast was included in our stay. The next morning, we came down with our kids around 9:00 AM only to be told that breakfast was already over. We ended up leaving hungry and had to look for a café nearby. Luckily, there was a McDonald’s close by, as most other restaurants in the area opened only after 11 AM. Also, the sink in our bathroom was clogged, which made using it quite inconvenient. These issues were disappointing, especially when travelling with children. A simple explanation at check-in and a quick maintenance check would have made a big difference. Hopefully, the hotel can improve communication and room upkeep in the future.
