great for comfort, location convenience and price.

Pros: A warm welcome, fresh coffee always available in reception, comfortable beds, wonderful bedlinen quality, easy access to the room, great location near places to eat (range of budgets)

Cons: there was a stale odour in the room, possibly because the room had been a smoking/pet room in the past and needed the carpets and curtains replacing but once we switch on the air-con, the smell lessened.

Bilal Made Our Brantford Visit Extra Special

Pros: From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The handsome manager, Bilal, went out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. He was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making sure any questions or requests were handled quickly and with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and the highway.. Overall, I was very impressed with the hospitality and the personal touch provided by Bilal and his team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brantford and plan to stay again in the future.
