The Casablanca Hotel

Pros: Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Cons: Would have been 10/10 if the jets in the tub worked.

Pros: The Amenities and close to shops, restaurants and highway

Pros: It has an old fashioned charming decor, room was clean, things worked well, I liked the evening person at reception.

Pros: The location is great. Love the feel of the hotel. Something out of a movie.

Pros: Comfy beds. The pool. Location. Surrounding area nicely done.. Went for a walk by the water. The area has grown a ton..

Cons: Shortage of towels and face cloths in the room. However front desk supplied us more when asked.

Pros: The room sizes were good clean on arrival near to the beaches

Cons: All was great and I would have given it an excellent but room didn't have the bins emptied or sheet or towels changed in the 5 days we were there.

Pros: Cleaning lady helped me with a problem I had with my dress. Staff member on the first floor brought me up a coffee. Impressed with your personnel. Beautiful building.

Cons: Only wanted an order of toast. Not permitted. Had to buy a breakfast that included egg, bacon and hash browns.

Good stay

Pros: We booked here as they offer complimentary parking. Nice rooms, friendly staff, and decent rate.

Cons: Our room felt too warm, despite having the fan on high and cool. The system is likely too old, as is the entire building. It's in good condition, but has an old musty smell to it; though not a deal breaker. Hopefully they turn on the a/c soon to properly cool the rooms as I was too hot all night.

Overall, the staff was great and the hotel was comfortable and clean.

Pros: The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room and building in general were very clean.

Cons: I received a welcome email a day before check-in which listed the hours of the restaurant located within the hotel. I was surprised but pleased that it would be open given that it was Christmas Day, and most places would be closed. When we arrived, we saw that the restaurant was closed and would be for approximately two weeks. I understand that the email is an automatic send, but it wouldn't have been difficult to adjust it to advise of the closure. There was also a prominently displayed room service menu on the desk in the room, which could maybe have been left out of the room preparation during the closure period.

Pros: Front desk as well as bar and event staff was very friendly. Room was huge! (We had a king room). Bed very comfortable and room dead quiet.

Cons: The place is overall in good condition but a bit dated/ worn in the rooms. A bit pricey.
