Good fun

Pros: This was a great place to stay as it was super close to the falls and lots of restaurants. Beds were comfortable and on a very clear day you can see the falls from the balcony, this only happened once during our stay :)

Cons: Would have been good to have a microwave and some bowls and plates in the room. Not very close to any good grocery or convenience stores so we had to eat out for every meal

Perfect room and breakfast, wish parking was cheaper.

Pros: We paid $52 CAD for the room and it included breakfast for both of us. The breakfast is as good here as any brunch place, and the coffee was better. $52 is worth it just for the the great breakfast for two people, the clean, quiet room is just a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I ever had a reason to stay overnight in Niagara Falls again, which is unlikely. There is no pool smell in the breakfast room, those people must have a very sensitive sense of smell.

Cons: Parking is way overpriced in Niagara falls imo, the lot was still full only because they know pubic transit to Niagara falls from Toronto is terrible and people will pay whatever when they are on vacation.

The stay was just okay. Nothing over the top to want me to go back to that exact hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was okay. It would be nice if they offered bacon, had more sauces for the pancakes and more fruit to offer. Asking for your room number and tables stating 20 minutes only was tacky and not needed.

Cons: The fact that they charge $25 extra for parking, definitely as a way to make more money was terrible! Everyone who arrives comes by vehicle basically and it not valid to ask so much for parking. I will not stay there again because of this

Pros: The location is very good, the room size and the staff. Plenty of parking spaces but for a fee. The pool has room temp water and a hot tub.

Cons: The air conditioning in the room is very noisy and cannot be turned off, and the night mode doesn't really do anything. There are limited options for vegetarians at breakfast.

Pros: Great price and location. Free breakfast is a nice bonus.

Cons: Noisy heat/AC unit right beside the bed.

Pros: Staff was amazing specially the receptionist Faith. She was so kind and accommodating and professional

Pros: Good location, comfortable bed, breakfast included. There is a swimming pool also.

Pros: Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready ahead of the 3 pm check in, so we were able to head up stairs early. There was a clitch in the booking system and was given the wrong room from what I originally booked. The front desk staff was very apologetic, and fixed the issue quickly, they gave me an update grade for the inconvenience. The pool was open, and was clean, stocked with towels, and the hot tub was up and running as well. We had a free breakfast the next morning, it was ok, powdered eggs which to me didn't taste the greatest, breakfast sausages had a different taste to them as well. Banana muffins, you get to make your own original or blueberry waffles which was neat and tasted good. They had cereal options, yogurt, apple and orange Juice, coffee and tea.

Cons: The only thing that I did not like is that the pool opens late in the morning (10am) Would be nice if it opened earlier like 7am or even 8am to get a good swim in before we had to leave.

Pros: It was clean and quiet where u can get a gd night sleep! Staff was very nice and I like that it also has balcony
