Pros: Nice large bathroom, terrace was lovely ,kitchen access , self check in and out was convenient, accommodated a last minute booking promptly , very clean . Will definitely book again very pleased
Cons: Shower was difficult to get a steady flow of water from shower head , water was excessive and felt wasteful. Outlet beside bathroom sink was extremely difficult to use . Kitchen supplies would be nice like pack of coffee, sugar, whitener, tea, drinking glasses and coffee cups... Disposable options, ice trays, paper towel. Parking more laid out and ground salted

What a great place to stay
Pros: Perfect! Great room with a balcony. Very close to the city centre. Easy-going check in by code. He reacted very fast for questions. Beautiful place to stay.

Pros: It's a nice modern clean facility, it offers views and a great location. My favorite addition is that on top of a luxury hotel room style there is a full kitchen with a large prep area and dining table. So you can save some more money or mix it up by cooking and having a meal there.
Cons: It's not that I didn't like it but just letting you know come in through the back entrance for easier parking.

Pros: Super clean, beautiful property, very close to all attractions, gorgeous marble bathroom, all the amenities (bathroom samples, hair dryer, etc.). The private balcony was awesome.
Cons: Didn’t receive access codes until minutes before check in. Would have appreciated better communication on the phone about when I would receive them and how the self check in procedure would unfold.

Safe, clean and comfy!
Pros: The bed was super comfy and room nicely chilled. A short 10 minute walk to the rainbow falls bridge and restaurants etc. Self check in was a breeze, we even got into a room a tad early! Wifi was reliable, which is also a plus. We felt very safe here.
Cons: We were on the bottom floor and our house mates upstairs sounded like elephants late at night! Owner was helpful but has a slow response (the cleaners are so lovely and friendly!!)

Pros: clean, comfortable. convenient location, beautiful setting near the river, peaceful, charming safe neighborhood. easy to access with code entrance. served my purpose well of getting a couple nights of restful sleep.
Cons: would be good to have coffee/tea available to make for oneself.

Pros: The only (slight) downside was the lack of kitchen stuff. Pots, pans, knives, towels, etc. There were a couple of these but not enough. Aldo, I emailed asking about the kitchen contents, but didn't get an answer.

QueenK Cozy Spot
Pros: I love the quietness of the area. I love the house, which was super clean, and my view was excellent, such a cozy little spot My stay was nice, even down to my check out. Debbie, the housekeeper, was such a bubbly lady, very patient, and helpful , will be making this my home away from home when time for my relaxing zone
Cons: The guest next door was smoking, and it was to much on me as am asthmatic. I made a call to the owners as the smoke sent was too strong for me Also, I don't like the balconies being all into 1 as someone kept walking over being super noisey, which was so annoying to me
