Great location superb service

Pros: Love the location love the hosts as they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. Recommend this place 💯 percent

Cons: Only thing I will improve is the bathroom was more cold that I like but it was super clean and neat

Pros: The property was easy to find and the owner’s were very polite and did everything to make our stay extra special. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone . And the food was one million😂😂

Pros: A beautiful comfortable b&b with exceptionally kind & welcoming owners, excellent freshly made breakfast. Kai & Kannon are just the nicest couple providing excellent accommodation in Niagara Falls. It is a very short walk to all of the activities in the Falls.

Cons: Nothing. Cannot recommend enough.

Pros: I like the house atmosphere and welcoming attitude from the owners. The place is charming, clean, and very well located.The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and a few blocks away from the entertainment area and falls.I personally love the feeling of personalized service such as having home made pancakes for breakfast and chatting with the other guests. I want to go back next year!

Great location and peaceful

Pros: Good location. great to be in a B&B and not a chain. The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean and well appointed. Parking was available but we did not need it.

Cons: Everything was fine. You just need to be prepared for a 10 minute walk from the falls up a little hill.
