Very close to Fort Erie Race Track

Pros: The staff were so excellent, very helpful, happy and accommodating, especially Becky. She called us the day of our stay to let us know that they could accommodate our special request of walk in shower and ground floor accommodation which we truly appreciated. Thanks Becky.

The place put my mind at ease once I saw the room was big clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Pros: The breakfast was perfect.. sausage and eggs and toast. Loved that there was coffee and juice provided as well. Tge staff are friendly and the room was great.

Cons: No water provided in room for coffee.. no tooth brush or tooth posts in room.. handy for those who forgot theirs

Pros: Tricia at the front desk was phenomenal! She remembered us from our last stay..20 months ago! She is so happy, energetic, and friendly! What a great asset she is!

Pros: It is 15 mins drive from Crystal Beach, the rooms are okay..they offer hot breakfast.

Cons: There is no elevator and the breakfast area is not too big

Pros: Breakfast was too early. Closed at 9:30am at 9am the place was packed no room to seat down. Breakfast was good. Too bad there was no bacon.

Cons: Just the breakfast time was way too early. It should go til 11am.

Pros: Spacious room, very comfortable bed and a great shower. Good coffee in the room and a great hot & cold breakfast. Reception could use a lesson in customer service. We are the reason for her job not an inconvenience. However, the rooms are pleasant and I'd stay again. 🇨🇦

Even though it was only for one night, being in transit was a surprisingly positive experience.

Pros: The location is very quiet despite being close to a high-traffic area. It's the only place I've found that offers a complimentary lemon water dispenser and coffee machine in the hall, available to guests at their discretion. Breakfast was included and quite good and varied. The cleanliness was well-maintained, and the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. There's also a designated outdoor smoking area. Excellent!
