Pros: Friendly front staff on a busy Friday night. We stayed with our 2 dogs who were welcomed. Nice dog area outside besides being a super comfortable bed but it's a Marriott so they are superior 😎 Very clean as well.

Pros: The break buffet had limited options and almost same thing being provided every morning. It was tiring

Cons: Provide more options for breakfast. And before I forget one particular member of the staff (male) who met me at the pool was very rude.

Cons: Cleaning service was iffy. Some days the rooms were not refreshed and we had to call Reception to get service. Not good. Some days the cleaning was simply mediocre. For example, the trash bin under the sink was not emptied. Or sufficient new towels were not provided. Not up to Marriott standard.

Pros: It was absolutely beautiful and there staff were very accommodating, polite and nice

Cons: That the cooling kept kicking out and the temp would rise back and get uncomfortable at night time cause it wouldn’t stay cold

Cons: The minimal breakfast range and the use of disposal kitchenware for the food. Coming from Europe, this was very unusual for me. It didn't gave me the impression that one had to just come to the dining hall to take something quick to eat then go.

It was definitely a home away from home and would definitely recommend it.

Pros: The hotel location was ideal and the staff were very helpful. Loved that every day there was different options for breakfast. Hotel facilities were excellent.
