My stay was relaxing, excellent, and memorable. We all had a really great time.

Pros: The facilities were very clean, and the room was comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. A truly memorable experience.

Cons: I have no complaints at this time. I liked everything.

Hilton inconsistencies

Pros: The location was perfect for the people I came to the Eastside to visit.

Cons: I didn't like the bathroom fan not working. I didn't like the I.T issues with the room cards. I had to go down the front desk to get new cards every day

Pros: Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking was so nice. Close to the hwy makes it easy to get around.

Pros: The room was clean. Overall the hotel was in a great location, as it was close for us to get around easily.

I plan on going back later this year

Pros: Check in was fast. I did eat breakfast in Restauraunt every morning, food was very good. The 3 Wait Staff I had were GREAT, I let their Manager now first morning I was there.

Cons: I requested room facing parking lot so that I could see when my RIDE was there to pick me up. When I looked out window only saw the Fans-Blowers what ever else was on roof.

Pros: Welcome reception was good. Breakfast was great also. It's probably one of the best breakfasts. I have had a hotel in a long time. My only recommendation would be to add Turkey sausage for people who don't eat pork. (Me)

Cons: There wasn't a fan in th bathroom, so after a shower, you couldn't see in the mirror.
