Convenient location for the Whitby spa

Pros: The location is convenient. The availability of parking is a bonus. The rooms are quite large and well-appointed, feeling closer to a 1-bed condo unit.

Cons: It's a chain hotel by the side of the highway, so it's not a tourist destination or anything, but meets the need.

Pros: Close to everything, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I liked the room with a small kitchen and space to work

Cons: Not a huge complaint, but the hot tub has a bump at your neck/back the way they built it like the pool, not a deal breaker just letting them know for next time, also the music in the workout room was only playing an advertisement about the hotel.

Mom and Dad's Little Vacay

Pros: A place that checked all the boxes for a quick getaway close to home.

Cons: Pool was cold and the breakfast area was cramped.

Family Fun

Pros: Spacious rooms. Pool, hot tub, and fantastic selection at breakfast.

Cons: Hot tub was cold. Shower door slowly opens when shower was taken. Booked 4 rooms, only 2 were close together.

Christmas stay

Pros: Great location, not on a very busy road. Great size room, very clean. Staff were all very warm and welcoming.

Cons: On my second night, there were some extremely noisy people staying across and beside me. They seemed to be related and slamming doors until 130 am. Not the hotels issue. It just was annoying.

I really enjoyed my stay for the one night. But the food warmth needs attention!!

Pros: The location was great. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great and warm to swim in. The front door was a little odd. You wouldn't know it was the front entrance. Not very appealing or inviting.

Cons: Breakfast. It looked like it was very nicely laid out and plenty of it BUT it was ALL cold. I was so looking forward to having a hot coffee and breakfast to find it cold with everything. So, I was very disappointed. The coffee looked hot, but it wasn't. I even added hot water but that didn't do it either. So, my advice would be for the staff to try them themselves or check on it repeatedly to make sure things are hot for their customers.

This is my favourite hotel in the region.

Pros: The room size was larger than average so very comfortable. The kitchenette was useful for light cooking or for serving takeout food with some flair. The workspace was huge and highly ergonomic.

Cons: The door closed with a bigger thump than necessary.

Pros: The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff made it a comfortable stay the rooms are beautiful

It was quite good

Pros: The location amd the ambience of the hotel structure which makes it feel like a home away from home .

Cons: Attitude of some of your black workers the last lasting i came there . The reception wasn't good

Stay was great

Pros: Everything was very good..very busy weekend with lots if people around but facility was very quiet.

Cons: Breakfast very busy lots of sports teams there hard to keep up the food supply.
