Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Pros: Breakfast was good. I like that they had bacon and eggs, not just carbs. Nice pool and hot tub, good staff. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out.

Cons: A few suggestions - shower was too low flow and with only a rain head made it hard to clean all areas. A few things were broken but were fixed by the maintenance staff right away. The sink did not seem to be very strong and was 'flexing' when touched.

Family holiday for 10 people.hotel was clean good gym small pool

Pros: Nice reception area for ten people in a family group nice to sit and have complementary coffee and a game of cards at the end of the day. Breakfast excellent!

Cons: I have no complaints!

Cons: The people above us banging around from 10 to midnight. It kept me up.

Staff made this hotel sparkle

Pros: Sally at the front desk was amazing! She was so calm, organized, professional and courteous. Made us feel welcome and at ease. The breakfast chef was friendly and helpful, everything was clean and promptly refilled. The gentleman who guarded and organized the pool was also fantastic. We enjoyed the cozy rooms, comfy beds, full size shampoo and conditioner, the swimming pool was warm and clean, hockey maple leaf party! Just wish they had dairy free options for milk and butter at the breakfast. Overall the staff made this hotel shine.

By far the best!

Pros: This was my 5th visit to Microtel Inn Aurora. As always the staff was incredible. Very inviting but also we were able to have a good laugh. The entire experience was fantastic. This is why I will never use another hotel anytime I go to Toronto. I don't mind the extra drive because the value, the comfort, the facilities are way too good.
