We were very happy with our stay. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent - friendly staff

Pros: the hotel is excellent location, friendly staff. Nice hotel bed super comfortable

Cons: the room was cold. we put the heater on around 4 pm, still cold when we went to bed at 10. Was warm by morning. Had to figure out how to operate coffee maker and not enough pods. we ruined one trying to get it to work.

Pros: Concierge/front desk when checking was excellent she was very informative outgoing and helpful

Cons: Location i was in significant noise outside in the morning and room was extremely small. Washroom was also small with old amenities

Pros: The staff were wonderful. So polite and professional

Cons: The only two things were all the construction (not your fault) and that there was no counter at all in the bathroom to place personal hygiene items like brush etc

Very good and would reserve to stay again in the future.

Pros: No breakfast at this location. Clean and comfortable. No fault of Best Western, but the construction on Yonge Street makes it difficult to find the entrance especially at night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Location but the construction is not the fault of Best Western.

Great staff and immaculate room.

Pros: The reception staff, Emily, was incredibly pleasant and helpful when I asked to change rooms. The room was spotless and the hotel felt very fresh and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: There is a lot of construction right in front of the hotel and it was a bit challenging getting in and out of the parking lot .

Pros: The staff is very friendly and the whole hotel is spotless and smells clean. The breakfast is excellent and homemade. I always stay here when in town. The location is spot on in the middle of town, walking distance to the mall and some restuarants.

Cons: Air con quite noisy Because I booked through. Booking.com I couldn’t claim best western points for my stay which is a great pity . I would not be able to book this hotel through booking.com
