Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Newmarket

Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean Beds were comfortable Linen & bedding was good There was free breakfast that was really awesome Pool was good too

Pros: Great shower head. Loved the spacious and bright stairwells. A little weird to only get a plastic bag for ice, no bucket. Next time I will bring my bathing suit to make use of the nice pool..

Cons: The breakfast. It was plentiful but tasteless. Eggs, no taste, the sausage was barely cooked, chicken patty ??.

Pros: Close to family we.were visiting. Quick checking and out process. Free breakfast .. I didn't have any as we had other plans, but they always offer it with the roo.m.

I'd definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Pros: The beds were absolutely comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Cons: I'd say the bacon for the breakfast could be crispier otherwise the breakfast was very good.

Great stay - if it weren't for the attempted break in.

Pros: The room was very clean, bed was new and very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was good, the price was excellent although I suspect that will increase once Marriot completes the change over.

Cons: At 3:21 am on Sept 29 someone tried to break into our room. The activity at the door woke me up. Somehow this person managed to get our electronic door lock to open and they would have gained access to our room (406) had it not been for the L shaped internal lock mechanism that I had engaged on the door. This ruined my night as the event was upsetting. I remained awake for the rest of the night thinking the intruder might return. We reported the event to the staff in the morning. Hopefully, the security cameras in the hallway captured the event.

Pros: It's under construction and being renamed. So here it's listed as Newmarket Hotel, but when you arrive its actually named Fairmont. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and nice, beds comfortable. But there was no coffee cups, just the flimsy plastic cups that you can't put hot liquid in. I didn't eat free breakfast, but took a look to see what was there. It was pretty basic..although no bacon, just sausage, beans and scrambled eggs for hot food and then typical kind of over ripe bananas, apples, yogurt and muffins and toast. Overall it was a nice hotel and I could see that once the construction is done and fully converted over to the new name it will be a nice hotel. Right now it's just missing the little extra details, like the coffee cups, milk in rooms...and of course bacon!! 😁

Pros: Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Grest location ... good value for the money!

Pros: Lobby is under renovation, but room is clean, front desk is nice. It’s recommended place.

Room was good, stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Pros: Room beds and bathroom were all good. Hotel is the middle of renovations so there were some restrictions on space and amenities but enought were available to have a good stay.

Cons: Nothing in particular.
