Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto-Ajax

Pros: Location excellent Lots of pillows & blankets Morning staff very accommodating Very clean

Cons: Sofa starting to sag. Bathroom door very squeaky

Overall, we were very satisfied.

Pros: We were there for 4 days so the space with the suite was nice. It was 2 minute to the major highway.

Cons: Breakfast was average, some things dried out/ overcooked. Other items were good. Good variety.

Pros: The quality of the property, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the rooms were exceptional. The cost was great as well.

Cons: Proximity to the highway makes for noise, although it was not audible inside the hotel.

Great, affordable hotel for families or visitors stopping by Toronto area

Pros: Breakfast buffet was awesome. Room was comfy, spacious, quiet and well-kept. Living room and kitchenette in a separate room from bedroom allows for more intimacy and quiet. Was a great location to stay after a show at Rogers Stadium (about a 30 min. drive)

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean. Having the Pool, Gym and golf green was nice to kill time for the family. Breakfast was exceptional, really enjoyed the corn tortillas with chicken.

Pros: Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. We had a suite for our family of 6 and it was a great value for the price!

Pros: i liked the layout of the room as it felt very cozy.

Cons: I did not like the low rise toilet as I thought this was a newer hotel yet there was a lower toilet in the bathroom. I couldn't find the coffee maker filter holder at first so I went to the front desk to ask for one. 10 minutes later I discovered it in the dishwasher and nothing else in the dishwasher. The breakfast did start as stated at 7 am. The scrambled eggs were congealed, the sausage tasted like paper. The bagel was great as were the potatoes. They should have individual cream cheese and butter servings, not the communal jar.

Now my favorite hotel for Ottawa- Ajax area

Pros: Staff was great, location works perfectly and the rooms are big and very well planned. Not to mentioned, probably the best breakfast I ever had

Cons: Just wish that the sign were a bit more clearer, coming from the hwy as there is another Hilton hotel close by

Pros: the staff was very accommodating and the room was a nice size.
