Great stay

Pros: Loved having the kitchenette, and 2 separate bedrooms. Also that I could open the bedroom windows was nice. Free parking was a huge bonus.

Cons: The only drawback was that the rooms/hallways are stuffy; I'm sensitive to air quality, and the dorms/halls could really use fresh air and a shampooing of the rugs. Otherwise was a great stay.

Pros: Great facilities and I loved the apartment. Very basic but clean and simple. Also, parking was nearby, a 2min walk so was no problem at all. front desk were great and someone available 24hrs. They had hairdryer & iron at front desk desk and laundry cards could be bought. Subway cafe was great and the convenience store. There was a petrol station and further shops just 29min walk from campus. Location was great to main highways. It also had a great games room for families to use.

Cons: Kitchen has no crockery or equipment and if there could be a way to hire that from front desk it would be perfect. Also, bring allowed to use the gym would be amazing as only students were allowed access. That was a real shame and I would have paid a charge if that was enabled.

Great family weekend in Toronto

Pros: Great price, good location. Rooms were clean and got the job done. Staff was helpful providing extra towels, building AC was working, parking was included in a nearby parkade

Cons: There is a kitchenette which is great but there isn't any items in the drawers. Would have brought a few plates, cups and utensils if I had known.

Practical Stay with Good Essentials!

Pros: The deluxe, dormitory-style two-bedroom unit features clean, minimal, and simple furnishings. The bathrooms, equipped with shower stalls and fresh towels, were spotless and well-lit. The beds were comfortable, with somewhat firm mattresses and blackout blinds. All the basic appliances were relatively new, including televisions in each bedroom, though I did not use them during my stay. Conveniently, there is a Subway restaurant and a mini-grocery mart downstairs near the reception area, where security personnel are also present.

Cons: There was some early morning construction noise from ongoing work within the campus area. Although this was beyond the property's control, the presence of numerous cell phone towers nearby was somewhat unsettling. While the location was not very close to amenities or restaurants, it was still easily accessible by public transportation, car rental, or taxi.

Pros: All the staff are great and helpful specially the night stuff

Cons: The admin or supeevisor of the cleaning dept couod use a customer service training. We ask to borrow a vacuum the front staff were great but they had to aks for pemrissiom from the supervisor .The supervisor was very dismissive, did not even addressed us we were infront of her just told the front staff we can use it she then went inside. I asked the front staff if they can ask again , i was persistent. The font staff eventually said that yes we can use it. The front staff were really great.

Cons: The room had an unpleasant smell when we first walked in and there was no kettle/coffeemaker, dishes, cutlery or cups.

Pros: Very clean. Our family each had our own bedrooms at a fantastic price. We planned ahead and brought what we needed for the kitchens, and we were able to buy what we needed on site.

My stay was satisfactory, as the room was clean and it was worth staying for money spent.

Pros: The room is clean and in a good size, with a shared kitchen and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double-bed, a desk, and a cable TV. The kitchen has a fridge, a sink, and a microwave.

Cons: I don't like no house keeping service provided, e.g. refill the toilet paper and clean towels. We stayed there 3 nights, no house keeping. I think cleaning every other day will be great. The air conditioning system was not working for 2 nights, which was very inconvenient for us, but I guess that was a separate incident.
