A student dormitory which provides a good accommodation for tourists in summer

Pros: Considering the price paid, the overall quality of this accommodation was quite good. Most importantly, the room had everything that is needed. There were a lot of shared toilets, showers and sinks, and everything was reasonably clean. The location was also very good, as it is close to the public transport and also within walking distance to some touristic sights.

Pros: Had a lovely time here, the staff was so kind, the room was really clean and the location is great!

My new goto spot

Pros: Close to a streetcar line, wheelchair accessible entry.

Cons: The students kept clogging the elevators.. it took quite awhile to go down one floor with my wheelchair.

Loved it. Will return again for sure

Pros: Beautiful UofT campus. Very centrally located, quick access to the Annex, Chinatown and Kensington. Lots of bike share stations in the area making it a breeze to get anywhere.

Cons: The occasional smell of garbage due to the numerous recycling and waste stations in the halls.

Good choice for budget friendly accommodation

Pros: Good spacious clean room with good drawer and wardrobe and desktop space. Good number of toilets and showers available. Reasonably quiet and close to streetcar/tram stop to city.

Cons: Common room kitchen would actually be useful if it was equipped with kettles, and cooking equipment.

Enjoy a holiday in the Univeristy campus and visit virbrant Toronto city centre

Pros: Spacious double bed room with viewing window to garden

Cons: No airconditioning or good ventilation during the hot and high temperature in the Summer. In addition, There is no cutery and utensile in the common room

Lord Melbury' s Visit

Pros: Commodious and clean accommodation, well run, appealing social environment with student comings and goings giving a relaxed atmosphere, an uncomplicated and practical approach to accommodation. Fair prices and good location in Toronto. Recommendable with a few caveats.

Cons: Use of fobs, understandable in the nature of such accommodation, was inconvenient. Some mould in showers, needing a strip down, maybe reventilation. Kitchens getting heavy use for cooking can quickly get grubby.

Another great stay

Pros: Great Location and Value. Very clean facilities, room and washrooms. We feel like this is a great value when we come to Toronto. We don't spend much time in our room as we are out exploring.

Cons: It was a little warm overnight. We opened the window which helped move the Air.

Wonderful, will stay again

Pros: Large room, great value, large clean shared bathroom, gender neutral bathroom, excellent view of courtyard, friendly staff

Cons: No parking, no student discount on Booking.com
