You provided the comfort I expected and needed at a very reasonable cost.

Pros: It was what I expected from a university residence - and pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the bed.

Cons: I had specified that I wanted communications in English - and things like this questionnaire are in English. But the general messages were in French - which I can cope with but some in a similar situation would be challenged.

Pros: Can’t beat the location ! right in the center, super easy to get around. Room was basic but clean, with fresh bedding and hot water. Big plus: they let us leave our bags after check-out.

Cons: the AC was super loud and a couple staff members weren’t the friendliest.

Pros: Well located, walking distance from Nathan square or Union Station. Spacious bedroom with all needed furniture and clean.

Cons: The toilet made noise all day (charging water) dusturbing during the night

Very good location; everything else: no frills.

Pros: The location in Downtown Toronto was very convenient: 10 mins to the Metro, two stops to Union Station. Many restaurants, cafΓ©s, etc. around. Room was very spacious. It generally felt very safe. Very good Wifi in the room. Nice big desk in the room.

Cons: If you would like to check in a little earlier, you'd have to pay another 50 CAD. Laundry facilities: you would have to bring your own detergent and you would have to load a card for payment. This could be done easier for summer guests who are not students. Plastic pillows in a linen cover were very uncomfortable.

Just needed a bed for the night. Didnt need a TV or any luxuries

Pros: Room was on 10th floor so very quiet. No street noise

Cons: Pillows were small and covered in plastic. Brought my own pillowcase from home so was fine. I could not get my walker past the double bed. I could get my walker into the bathroom at least.
