Clean, basic value for money accommodation.
Pros: Location, value for money, everything very clean, staff welcoming and friendly. Could make myself morning coffee as there is a kettle in the common room (need your own cup)
Cons: Mattress typical for uni accommodation, plastic covered which makes it feel hot and hard but slept ok. Party people coming back late banging doors and talking loudly out in the corridors.

Pros: Location Value for money Toilets and showers cleaned daily
Cons: Remember to take your key card when you get up in the middle of the night to use the washroom. You'll be locked out of both your room and washroom.

Pros: Ease of booking and check-in is excellent. I asked for a quiet room and was provided a great room.
Cons: Manage expectations. It's basic but clean, easy to book, check in, and check out. Lighting is not great but not really an issue.

Not bad at all
Pros: Very convenient, good location and overall clean. Good A/C and excellent WiFi. The room was very basically furnished, but the bed was reasonably comfortable. There is also a common kitchen (but no cutlery/pots/...)
Cons: The grey walls of the room.

Good value for money
Pros: The residence is in a great downtown location, with the Spadina subway station only about 10 min away and Chinatown and Kingston market close by as well. The facilities may strike as quite spartan given that the rooms have only a bed, table and a few cupboards and the shared washrooms are a distance away from the rooms, but this is a student dormitory, so one shouldn't expect hotel service. The shared dining room is a great boon - you can store your food in a fridge and cook your own meals.
Cons: It's a shame that the residence does not have a hairdryer to lend - a simple thing like that looks like an oversight. The rooms could also be cleaned more often. The residents would also appreciate two towels instead of one, especially given that it isn't changed even once in the period of 10 days. The promised comforts of silence fell short of the truth as well, but with the construction works all over Toronto, I understand that this is a tall order.

Pros: The location is within a wonderful campus of the University of Toronto, which makes it pretty and safe in the evenings.
Cons: The corridor signaling could be clearer, but other than that it was all ok.

Functional cozy room in a central location.
Pros: Functional room, good wi-if speed and reliable signal.
Cons: The window facing a busy street couldnโt shut properly. The blinds were very thin, letting in a lot of light. Thankfully, I was jet lagged so would woke up very early.

Pros: The room was okay, it was fundamental as you would expect, being a student accommodation. I had a packed trip, so I just slept in there; everything was tidy and clean. Super quiet all the time and very well connected, with the tram just across the street and two subway stations nearby.
Cons: The city and this accommodation are quite pricy, but what can to do, my trip was worth it.
