Pros: The room I got was pretty big The staff was awesome because my original room didn't have a TV and I was given a new room.

Cons: The only complaint is the location of the room because the bus and train station was right outside so I heard every announcement.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room. Didn't need the kitchenette but it was a nice surprise

Cons: They closed the road at night, which made it challenging for us to get there. At least there was lots of free parking across the street in the parking garage!

Pros: The place exceeded what I was expecting. There was wonderful air conditioning in the rooms, which made our stay very comfortable on the hot, humid days. The room itself I would not call glamorous, but that was not what we were looking for. We were looking for something that felt safe and cozy while we were exploring downtown Guelph. The staff was tremendously friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived!

Pros: The hotel is not clean, but the front desk guy is very nice and accommodating so its a bonus, he makes us feel comfortable like home and he was very helpful with us on everything we ask and need !

Cons: The hotel need more house keeping to maintain the place clean

Great for the price.

Pros: Staff went above and beyond to get my son into a room. He traveled for work and there was no hotel room, another hotel, booked for him and he forgot his credit card. Staff called me and then sent a form via email so I could pay for him. Great price too.

Just what I needed!

Pros: The breakfast was good. The staff entered friendly. The room was safe and quiet.

Cons: I would have preferred the bread at breakfast to be served by a different method. Perhaps from a container with tongs. Otherwise, great breakfast!
