Quiet, clean hotel

Pros: Quiet, clean hotel. Staff very friendly and professional.

Cons: For 2 people, only had 1 x decaf and 1 x caffeinated coffee. 1 of each per person would have been better. When asked at reception for a topup it was supplied.

Great location. Good value for the money.

Pros: It was the best breakfast sandwich I had in my entire life! I'm still thinking about it! The washroom was so clean! I loved the layout of the hotel room. The shower was great. The saltwater pool was nice.

Cons: I loved the saltwater pool. My husband said it was too cold. I wish that there was a digital way I could have left a tip for the room cleaning staff, instead of the envelope. Missing a microwave in the room, but was later told that there was one available downstairs. They said they don't have them in the rooms because of the smell that they would create. The electric car charger was not working.

I was on my way to the Grey Cup so the location and room were perfect.

Pros: Breakfast was good, not great for the price......Starbuck's coffee was a nice touch.

Cons: The eggs were almost cold and the toast had little butter.

Pros: Room was very clean, bed comfortable, quiet. The cleaning lady was so friendly & sweet -kudos to her.

Cons: We had to set up the TV because not working, staff should be trained how to resolve this issue. Booking.com had given me a grand total but forgot to charge me Municipal tax so therefore we paid more money at the Marriott for our stay-Booking.com needs to correct this.

Pros: Great friendly service, clean room, well appointed. Excellent breakfast. Room was quiet, adequate towels comfortable bedding. Love the smell of the lobby and that Marriott smell.

Cons: The temperature control unit was a bit loud when it came on,eventually just turned it off. Shower head loose and hard to adjust.

Pros: not much food for the price. small portions. perhaps they could bring cream/sugar etc to the table instead of getting up and adding it after you are seated.

Cons: Location, as you cannot not get anywhere if you do not have a car.
