Holiday Inn & Suites Oakville at Bronte by IHG

Pros: The concierge team was friendly and warm. Rooms were clean and nice-looking. Small restaurant connected to the lobby, which is convenient. Snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Check out time was noon which gave plenty of time to sleep in.

over all was a great location, staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Didn't do breakfast location was great to get to where we needed to be

Cons: price and was hard to get a good price for the room There was a banging in the room from the heat unit Were rushed when we were at the restaurant, came and cleared our plates when my husband was still eating and then came to get his plate before he was done.

Other than the shower issue it was a good stay.

Pros: Very very friendly and helpful people all the way around. Breakfast was awesome all you can eat. They were happy to provide fried eggs instead of the scrambled eggs which was part of the buffet. Sarah and Zonar(the cook) were super helpful and friendly

Cons: Our shower floor was flush with the bathroom floor. It took a long long time for hot water to arrive at the shower head. The bathroom floor got flooded so my boyfriend didn't take a shower for fear the water would continue flooding out to the exit door. It wouldn't be safe to use a hair dryer standing in water.

Pleasant, comfortable and clean

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable .

Cons: They forgot to put towels in the washroom , there were only hand towels. The front desk was helpful though and gave us towels right away. No complimentary breakfast even for higher option rooms. TV was t a smart to stream apps like Netflix.

Perfect place to stay after a very long plane journey.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice both hot and cold. Check in was a breeze staff friendly and efficient. Comfortable beds very quiet. Only 30-40 minutes from the airport.

Amazing!

Pros: the room was big and clean! Housekeeping came in everyday even our bedding was changed after the 3rd day. Breakfast was amazing always toped up and hot! breakfast staff worked very hard and always with a smile! we could not fault this hotel and would defo stay again.

Cons: nothing!

Pros: The environment is very new and overall very clean. There are plenty of power outlets and USB charging ports, which is really convenient. The room has a large table and chairs, with lots of natural light. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
