Pros: Friendly staff always available.to assist with any issue.

Cons: Ants in the room. Shower leaked water all over the floor. Room was only cleaned once in the 6 nights we stayed there. Had to track down house keeping for toilet paper, kleenex and towels

Pros: Great locality, close to train station for visiting Toronto. Also near Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-The-Lake, great day trip. Breakfast was good, oat milk available.

Cons: All good, could provide gluten free bread

Overall, an excellent hotel and we would go back again.

Pros: The room was excellent; very spacious and comfortable with a large tv, a good couch and foot stool and a full kitchen. Loved the walk in shower instead of tub. The pool was lovely and warm. The lobby had really good seating.

Cons: The breakfast was very basic and not as good as similar hotels at a similar price. It had limited choice and it ended at 9 am which is rather early if you are on holiday.

Pros: Got upgraded to suite. Thank you! Staff fantastic! Mattress very comfortable. Well laid out!

Cons: Suggest more breakfast options like more fruit than a banana. Peaches apple Pillows thick and too much. Uncomfortable Ac in room blew in my face on off all night. Not good location for bed or ac.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent using real cutlery and dishes. They offered a variety of healthy choices. The room was clean and comfortable.

Overall I had a nice stay.

Pros: Bed was very comfy. My boyfriend slept like a log. Room was very clean.

Cons: Breakfast can be improved. Can be more stocked properly. No plates available at times. Cereal toppings station was not well stocked and containers didn't seem clean. Boiled eggs pls don't peel them.
