Pros: The evening staff were great. They helped me with anything i needed. They helped me find the bowling alley. Some where to eat. Friendly and always smiling. Thank you

Pros: Very large clean room, was a king room. Friendly staff, good location with Uber to bring us out to the club. Amazing restaurant Chop attached delicious food and romantic fancy setting. I would definitely go back.

Cons: Could use to have a breakfast the next day.

Pros: Stay was pretty good. The staff are great! The room could have been better, but it was also pretty good. I would encourage some changes in order to get an exceptional rating. The shower was basically clean, but for me, the appearance of very clean is preferable. The shower floor is textured, so I imagine it would be difficult for cleaning staff to make perfect. It looks stained or like ground in dirt over time. Also, the corners could be cleaned up. I would also love it better if the beds had a white duvet cover over the blanket, but instead, there is a white sheet, then a white blanket, topped with a white bedspread. I wouldn't think they wash the white blanket between every stay, so my suggestion is to use a duvet cover like many of the Holiday Inn's do. I think they do their best with what they have to work with. Overall, I would rate somewhere between good and very good.

Pros: Friendly staff 2 restaurants within the grounds Amenities especially pool.

Good stay.

Pros: The room is as advertised. Basic and clean, with all the necessary elements (bed, desk, mini fridge, bathroom). It is not a fancy hotel but a hotel that is perfect for work trips or extended stays. SO convenient to the highway and there are restaurant options on site and in the plaza across.

Cons: The bathroom and rooms can use a refresh. The dark carpet make the rooms smaller and hallways darker.

Great stay

Pros: I love this hotel, it's a fabulous midway option between motels and luxury hotels. I love everything.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived to check in (it was late, around 9pm) there was no one at the desk. A guest noticed us and directed us to go knock on the side office door. Later on we also noticed another guest standing around waiting for the receptionist to take care of him. I found this super unprofessional. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Pros: Clean room, super friendly staff (very helpful and caring). Big free parking. The place felt very safe and was quite quiet. The little swimming pool and gym are a nice addition

Cons: The water fountain was not working (no way to refill our bottles without the help of the staff). Great location if you like motorways but not much around.

Excellent Service

Pros: The front desk staff is truly outstanding, with special recognition to Alyssa. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Her attentiveness and dedication exceeded expectations. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Canada, the Caribbean, and Asia, I can confidently say the service here — especially from Alyssa — ranks among the very best. A thank you as well to General Manager Neil, who responded promptly and thoughtfully to all my questions and concerns.

Cons: There was an issue with the cleaning staff but Alyssa resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction.
