The Pearle Hotel & Spa

Pros: The service received at the Pearl is outstanding. The respond very quickly to any issues and always to a high standard. The Pearl would be my first choice everything.

Cons: I loved everything about the Pearl. The location is perfect, right next to the lake with easy access to shops and other areas

Pros: I had breakfast at Isobelle. It was delicious. The weather was hot so I had breakfast area over looking the lake. The view was awesome and the staff very helpful and responsive

Cons: The location of the hotel is a major selling point. The hotel rooms are spacious and it's very clean.

Awesome place for a staycation

Pros: I loved everything. The hotel was so beautiful and zen. Wonderful place for a staycation. The room was comfy and had a nice lakeview. They have a beautiful spa onsite. We visited the Isabelle and the food did not disappoint and the ham and cheese crossaint at the Pearle Cafe was so amazing. Everything was great from the hotel to the customer service. Definitely will be back for another stay.

UK Travellers to Burlington

Pros: Impeccable service from the valet to the coffee shop, it was all excellent. We had travelled from the UK to stay here and it did not disappoint. Thank you to all the staff who make the effort to ensure this place offers standout service.

Pros: It’s a lovely hotel. Newer. Beautiful waterfront views from the room. We used the pool, which was also very nice. Bed was comfortable. Nice touch to have some snacks and drinks available in the room. Staff were very friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and parks.

Cons: Walls are extremely thin. The person in the room next to us was playing music until late hours and it kept us awake. He was asked to turn it down once and did not. It didn’t ruin the trip but I don’t think we would stay here again for that reason.

Pros: Hotel room was comfortable and well designed, large shower with rain shower head and handheld, included luxury body wash shampoo and conditioner. The bed was super comfortable....with amazing pillows. The turn down service included essential oil pillow spray fresh water and ice bucket fill and room tidy. Valet parking gentlemen were courteous and professional. Esthetically pleasing decor throughout the hotel. Very clean. The location is in close proximity to many great bistros and restaurants. Wonderful cafe on the first level. Great walkability score. On waterfront boardwalk area and park.

Pros: The room overlooking the lake was excellent. All amenities were excellent. Grounds were well groomed. Within walking distance of Spencer's, an excellent restaurant on the water. Lovely park area. Appreciated Callum's service on the front desk. Also, thank you for the gift to recognize our Anniversary.

Cons: Although there is valet parking, not all drivers wish to use that option. Suggest acquiring an agreement with the adjacent parking lot for car drivers wanting a surface parking option, for same price as valet parking. Breakfast service was slow. Need to review how to improve efficiency of service. It is a large dining room with outside dining too. Either increase number of servers or consider only using a smaller area to seat customers to provide less travel time amongst tables and to the kitchen. Servers were pleasant and appeared to do their best.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, room was large with great view and very clean.

One night stay

Pros: We stayed here the night of our wedding and it was perfect! The staff was very helpful and attentive, and made sure to congratulate us many times! We didn't have the full experience of the spa, so this review speaks more to the hotel experience. We will definitely be back again!

Cons: The only issue was that the tablet in the room wasn't working when we wanted room service, but we were able to call them and have a menu sent to our room so it wasn't a big deal!
