A hotel that Exemplifies Hamilton accommodations!

Pros: Cleanliness and modern. One of the nicest beds to sleep on in a long time!!

Cons: The TV service, but that was WELL looked after by Ethan, the manager.wikk definitely make this location our stay again!!!

Pros: Wonderful stay and easy to find as a location. Close to a lot of restaurants and other shopping. I would stay there again.

Cons: Pillows are too soft. I need to remember to ask for extra firm pillows.

Great value for money hotel in a good location

Pros: Central for visiting Toronto and Niagra Falls. Bus stop over the road to take you to both. Very helpful staff and Moxies was a great place to eat. Lovely pool and gym, comfy beds and great room size for a family of 5. Would highly recommend

Solo Traveller

Pros: Shiv was absolutely outstanding on check in. Explained everything pertinent to my stay. Proffessional & very polite. On check, the young lady was professional & asked how my stay was. Professional & full of smiles!

Cons: Not necessarily a dislike, but my tv in the sleeping area had no signal. Shiv came to take a look but could not figure it out. I did however, have the tv in the suite area that was working. I did notice the fridge had some long drippy stains on the outside door & a lot of hand/finger smudges along the counter edge. It shown through with the reflection of the light coming through. I was also on the side of the highway. My sleep was interrupted multiple times from big trucks using their air brakes, bubububuuuu & motorcycles, gearing up with the vroom vroom. I also feel the furniture in the room, should be washed or replaced. It has been 7yrs from opening. The carpet across the front desk where there is a computer, definitely requires washing or replaced. If things were kept up daily, there should be no need for washes or replacements.
