This is not my first stay at this hotel. I have always found my stay here confortable.

Pros: The breakfast was OK nothing exciting Nothing that I would not get anywhere else.

Cons: The hotel stay was great.

Pros: Fabulous hotel ! Clean, really lovely reception staff Great room . We felt really grateful to have found it

Cons: A minor thing would never stop me recommending . The coffee in the restaurant had a really weird flavour to it like nothing i have known before Apart from that fabulous breakfast included in our room rate and great waiter x

Pros: The bedroom was really nice and the fact that there was a kitchenette was a great add-in.

Cons: On the reservation, I wrote down that we were a family of 5. We only had two washing clothes and 4 bath towels, which were not enough for all of us.

Hotel was incredible with some of the friendliest staff you could ever meet

Pros: Excellent staff and service, especially in the Baci restaurant within the hotel

Cons: Slightly out of the main town location, but only an issue if you plan to walk around.

Overall good hotel but needs way more effort to cancel out noise

Pros: Room was great! Good bed and shower. Nice hotel, lots of things were brand new. The theme was super cool

Cons: It was noisy. Don’t get a room on the back side of the hotel. The garbage truck comes very early and was so loud. I could also hear other people in the hotel, I slept very poorly because of the noise

We will be back!

Pros: The large and well decorated 1 bedroom suites were above and beyond expectations! Each room represented a film star! My husband and I stayed in the Al Pacino suite and my son stayed in the Sophia Lauren. We couldn't get the fireplace working in the Al Pacino suite, the 2 person Jacuzzi was amazing for a romantic evening with my husband! We will be back! The local is bit out of the way if you want to be near downtown.. However the area has some great attractions of its own, like Splitsville a bowling/arcade place for the kids or for adults who want some old fashioned fun (serves alcohol & good food) SilverCity theater is close by as well. Upper Stoney Creek has a Walmart and plenty of grocery stores, banks, etc. All in all I would 💯% recommend this Hotel! Oh and it has a great bar/restaurant as well. Awesome food.
