I would stay again :)

Pros: I liked the fact that my breakfast was included in my stay. Sad they had no oatmeal but the yogurt, bagel & coffee did the job!

Cons: There was no fan in the bathroom which I thought was odd but we didn't use the shower so it didn't matter this visit.

Fine stay in Hamilton Ontario

Pros: Excellent location on Upper James Hamilton. Great for our stay as we were visiting relatives who live nearby. Close to bars, restaurants and coffee shops and a short uber ride into downtown Hamilton. Ticked all the boxes for us. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We had arrived from the airport after a cruise vacation and before heading back to the UK so we had lots of luggage. Large elevator therefore a huge bonus.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. Very limited and served like fast food. Limited drinks available at the bar.

Great stay in Hamilton!

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect in proximity to Burlington (25min) and the near parks and waterfalls (10min) and supermarkets (5min). The parking was free and it was very specious! The room was super comfortable, with a cosy area to relax and watch TV. The bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was well maintained with a new shower installed. The hotel had a swimming pool, small shop and a restaurant to enjoy the breakfast, lunch and dinner, hence a perfect stay for us for a couple of days. The wall isolation was great and we didn’t hear any noise from the corridor. The staff was very friendly amd helpful!

Pros: The staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast, Coffee selection was excellent.

Cons: The hotel was under construction during our stay which I was not made aware of. But the area where we stayed was newly renovated and lovely once you made your way past the current renovations.

Pros: Food was excellent. Staff that we interacted with were lovely. Building was clean.

Cons: Loose toilet seat causing pain to my sprained wrist(grabbing wall to not fall) No conditioner the first morning(Saturday) Beds made so that the sheets, blankets barely covered your chest. We had to pull out the sheets and blankets from the bottom of the bed to have full coverage. Would have been nice to have a kettle as I am a tea drinker.
