Admiral Inn Hamilton

Pros: Loved the room, it was large and had larger fridge than most hotels. Bed was very comfortable. Also room and hallways were clean. Staff were accommodating and polite.

The Admiral Inn is exactly what I wanted in the location I wanted.

Pros: The room was well-appointed. No shabby furniture or general feeling of 'crapiness'. Instead everything was fresh, bright and pleasant.

Cons: I don't recall anything to complain about.

Nice hotel near the RBG

Pros: The staff was very friendly and kind. From the people at the door to the clerk and the ldies at he adjacent restaurant. They were all great!

Cons: The room was comfortable but noise cancelation between rooms is poor. You can easily hear the neighbours' tv or what was happening in the hallway.

Pros: Very spacious room, comfortable beds, everything you need for short stay like us , on the trip to Niagara Falls. Parking space easily available. Good location.

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I loved having 4 pillows. The staff during checkout was so helpful as I asked him if he could please print something for my work that I had forgotten to print and he was happy to help us. I was very grateful and impressed.

Cons: The faucet in the tub is too small and as a result it leaks on the edges of the back of the tub. They did install a spacer to stop it from leaking onto the floor but it looks tacky. They should install a new facet. Also there is no complimentary breakfast.

Pros: Dinner was good but staff was uneducated on their wine list

Pros: Felt very safe staying here. It was very quiet. There was a security guard on duty 24/7.

Cons: There was a weird odour right at the door to the room inside the unit

Cons: The section of the hotel that had renters was around the corner Several times the children were running up and down our hallway yelling

In spite of some negatives, I would probably stay here again as the overall conditions are adequate.

Cons: unsightly cigarette burns on toilet seat, seat should be changed. Intruding upper wall in shower reduces space for arm movement. Bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly clened at times. Inconvenient placement of clothes closet; some hooks for hanging coats near the entry door would be good. In the hallway near the elevator, food, possibly dropped by a child, remained there. Perhaps this was due to staffing shortages over the holidays. On a couple of nights, there were too many loud voices in the hallway and/or adjacent rooms.
