Beyond satisfied

Pros: I like everything to the easy check in and check out, to the heated pool, how everything was so close, short distant drives to the things we needed. The staff was also amazing and very helpful with all our needs and questions. To the Free parking and i loved how the breakfast was also included just fantastic.

Cons: There wasn't nothing i didn't like about the hotel.

Visiting family in Stoney Creek

Pros: The hotel was clean and tidy, the lifts all worked and the room was very clean. The staff were all really friendly and nothing was too much hassle for them. Excellent location too. Breakfast was delicious and the food in the evening was also good and not over priced.

Pros: The restaurant was great from the appetizer to the meal. Server was upbeat and very personable.

Cons: The fridge in our room did not work, even though it was plugged in. I let the person at the front desk know and he offered to get us a new fridge, I told him not to worry about it as we were leaving first thing in the morning. Washroom was great, but I thought they maybe could have used another hook, in which to hang one's wet towel.

Pros: The location was perfect, the breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: The place was clean and quiet, close to transport and some shops within easy walking distance. The staff were great.

Cons: The safe didn't work in the room we had.

Pros: Our rooms were impeccably clean and the beds very comfortable. The food was fantastic--we tried several things over our stay, and there is something for everyone--we have dietary needs of varying kinds. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful, and the staff at the restaurant/bar were some of the finest I've experienced staying anywhere--especially want to give credit to Laura and Nate who made our stay memorable! There is a decent-sized pool for relaxation, exercise or play and a well-equipped fitness room. Easy access to highway to get to Hamilton. There is a Walmart nearby as well which is convenient if you forgot to pack anything.

Cons: The surrounding area is not very walkable--not a huge deal if you have a car but difficult if you don't.
