Pros: The room was very clean, modern, tastefully decorated and by all appearances, new.

Cons: There were feather pillows in my room, I was pretty sure of it when I woke up in the night, completely stuffed up. I called the front desk in the morning and a gentleman confirmed it.

Pros: Place was quiet and clean and they allowed the early check in as we had a wedding to get to.

Cons: The breakfast options good of been of little better quality but still very yummy

Pros: Perfect hotel when you are travelling by car. Free parking. Stuff is very helpful. In the room you have everything you need. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Clean quiet comfortable hotel with friendly staff...

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean. I've never had a quieter stay at any hotel in North America. The location was very close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were friendly.

Cons: It was slightly more expensive than I am used to paying. But given the surrounding hotels were all priced similarly, I feel we got our money's worth.

Pros: The staff were absolutely fantastic. Without exception, pleasant, helpful, patient and completely service-oriented. I also appreciated that it was possible to clean the room without scent though scent in the lobby was very strong.

Cons: One of the shampoo/body wash bottles fell off the bathroom wall into the tub while I was asleep and it was incredibly loud and jarring.

Great location for exploring from Toronto to Niagara

Pros: Good value and ideal location for exploring by car, There is no bar or restaurant but a 1 min walk across the parking lot is Shoeless Joes Sports Bar & Grill, very nice, they also have a patio area with 2 BBQ grills for guest use.. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. There is a nice buffet breakfast, The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate.

Cons: Our view wasn't great, but that said I wasn't in the room much, lots to do in that general region
