Good hotel for the price.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic, added bonus for bacon on Sunday. Room was comfortable. Great location for shopping and eating.

Cons: If you advertise as a pet friendly hotel, I wish that there was a green spot to take your dog out. Had to walk a ways to find grass.

Pros: -Located in the city centre -Suite had a fairly large kitchen, including a large fridge, microwave, stove, coffeemaker and cupboards, complete with dishes, cutlery glasses and cups. -Comfortable bed. -Suite was spotless. -Friendly staff.

Cons: -The shower could have used more light. -More lighting in the kitchen area.

Would recommend

Pros: Very clean, receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was beautiful, clean and welcoming. They offered breakfast and a supper, both meals well done.

Cons: The last night here there was no parking in the underground parking. Too many trucks parked down in underground, had to back out to go park on the street.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay right from the booking through to my departure.

Pros: Staff at the reception was exceptional. Staff at breakfast was helpful and attentive. The variety for the breakfast was very good. The room I had was clean, warm and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy and I didn’t feel particularly safe out at night. I understand that it’s not the fault of the hotel itself.

I enjoyed my stay. While i did not not like breafast, I assumed this could be normail for Canada.

Pros: The breakfast was rather too basic for me, with limited options.

Cons: The breakast being basic, being British I was looking for the option of a full English breakfast.

Comfortable but is really showing its age.

Pros: Staff were friendly, cordial and always pleasant. Too much chlorine in the pool. Hotel is feeling old and really needs some TLC in common spaces and individual rooms.

Cons: That the facility is tired and seems poorly maintained. Would have expected more from an IHG property.
